Yoga preparing for pregnancy
Exercises for your basin, for relaxation, moments of feeling well in your body.
If you are in a medical fertility trajectory, the exercises are adapted to the phase in which you are (for instance to optimise conditions for implantation). You can come alone or with your partner, who can come with you one, or more times or every time.
Pregnancy yoga
– a nice quiet moment for yourself, with the child in you, possibly also with your partner; to surround your child with a quiet joyful and loving feeling
– adapted exercises to sustain your pregnancy and to prepare deeply on all levels for the birth giving process
– you can come alone or with partner, the partner can come with you once, or several times, or always, exercises are adapted if you come both, exercises can be given that you can do together, and also moments of creating together a loving space for the baby, massages

– a wellness moment together
– relax together, walking, feeding, sitting, swaying, lying
– gentle stretching exercises for the adults
– little playing exercises for the baby, adapted to how the baby is and his age
